Test Drive Refund with Return Fee

If testing shows one of our products can't fix the problem with your system, you
can return the item and tools within the specified time for a refund minus a return
fee. The return fee is applied to partially offset the cost of discarding returned
electronic components when the can't be returned to new product inventory.

Test Drive Refund - Hard Drives and SSDs

If testing shows a replacement drive can't fix the problem with your system, you can
return the item within 30 days for a refund minus a $38 USD return fee. Buyer pays
for return shipping with a method that provides tracking.

Test Drive Refund - RHB Navigation Circuit Board

If testing shows a replacement RHB Navigation Board can't fix the problem with your
system, you can return the item within 15 days for a refund minus a $28 USD return fee.
Buyer pays for return shipping with a method that provides tracking.

Warranty

  • 90 Day Exchange for a defective Standard Duty hard drive.
    [Standard Duty drives include new drives made by Toshiba, Samsung and Fujitsu]
     
  • 6 Month Exchange for a defective RHB Navigation Circuit Board. 
    This covers a hardware defect causing "Cannot Unlock Maps" error.
     
  • 1 Year Exchange for a defective Automotive Duty hard drive or an SSD.
  • 6 Month Exchange for a defective Automotive Duty hard drive listed as used.
  • Your MyGig system cannot be damaged by repairing your hard drive configuration with a Disk-Image
    or a replacement MyGig hard drive. Nothing on the hard drive is written to your system's firmware.
  • Occasionally MyGig Software Updates and Gracenote Updates create issues with the system firmware.
    As a no-charge courtesy, MYGIG-DISK.COM provides Downloads and CD/DVD Software updates
    released by FCA US LLC. We are not responsible for problems that may arise from the installation or
    the failed installation of MyGig Software updates.

Return Shipping

When returning an item for a Test Drive Refund or Warranty Replacement, save the postal tracking number
provided on the receipt for postage.
